Sound Bath with Singing Bowls

Relax to the sounds of a singing bowl sound bath performance by local artist Jennifer Bak. We invite you to bring your own yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes, and meditate with us at your library!

Do you need more relaxation in your life? Immerse yourself in a sound bath created by singing bowls to gently release tension and feel like you’re floating on sound waves. The session will start with a brief demonstration of how singing bowls can be used in a one-to-one focused sound bath, followed by a singing bowl concert, with a brief Q&A session at the end.
