National Voter Registration Day is a nonpartisan civic holiday dedicated to celebrating democracy. TLCPL and an array of community groups will join thousands of national, state, and local organizations to drive attention toward voter registration as part of the holiday. To ensure Lucas County residents are ready to vote, various community partners will conduct voter registration outreach at different Library locations on Tuesday, September 16, for National Voter Registration Day. Participating community organizations include the League of Women Voters Toledo-Lucas County, NAACP Youth Council Toledo, and The Toledo (OH) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.

Visit the Toledo Library website for additional updates to the list of times, locations, and partner organizations.

Toledo Library customers can also register to vote at any Library location during open hours. In addition, the Library provides an online civics center where customers can check their voter registration, learn how to register to vote, and research their ballot. Visit the Library's Civic Engagement page for more details.
