AtriumToledo Lucas County Public Library welcomes all to our concert series, Live at the Library, a series featuring musical talent as they tour the country. This June we welcome HuDost.
HuDost is an eclectic, genre-defying ensemble that weaves together folk, world music, and progressive rock into a rich tapestry of sound. Led by the dynamic duo Moksha Sommer and Jemal Wade Hines, the band has earned international acclaim for their lush harmonies, poetic lyrics, and transformative live performances. Their music explores themes of resilience, connection, and spiritual awakening, creating an experience that is both deeply personal and universally resonant.
With multiple albums and collaborations under their belt, HuDost has toured extensively across North America and Europe, sharing stages with artists like Ani DiFranco, Neko Case, and Philip Glass. Their latest work continues to push boundaries, blending traditional instruments with modern arrangements to craft songs that are as thought-provoking as they are soul-stirring.
Join us for an unforgettable evening as HuDost brings their mesmerizing sound to the Main Library in downtown Toledo—a performance that promises to uplift, inspire, and leave you spellbound.
