We use a "whole-home approach" to improve the comprehensive health and safety of homes while reducing energy consumption for eligible homeowners and renters. Fill out a pre-application to determine your eligibility.

Learn about the tools, resources, and support you can access by working in NeighborWorks® Toledo Region's Financial Wellness Center. Connect with a HUD-certified Housing Counselor/Financial Coach to set, plan for, and achieve your individual financial goals—whether setting a budget, repairing your credit, or buying your first home.
