Considering a divorce or dissolution and need guidance? Volunteer attorneys will explain the differences between dissolution and divorce, and help you understand what’s involved in the process.

Join us for a free, informative clinic presented by the Toledo Bar Association. Volunteer attorneys will explain the differences between dissolution and divorce, and help you understand what’s involved in the process. You’ll also learn about key issues to consider before going to court.
After the session, staff from the Toledo Bar Association Pro Bono Program will be available to talk with attendees who may qualify for free legal help with filing a dissolution.

Please note:

• You must not currently be represented by an attorney
• There cannot be a divorce or dissolution case already pending in court
• This is a general information session—individual legal advice will not be provided
• Attending does not create an attorney-client relationship
