Elite Karate is helping TLCPL celebrate Women in Sports by introducing participants to practical self-defense concepts through awareness, boundary-setting, and beginner-friendly physical techniques.

Celebrate Women's History Month by joining Elite Karate for StrongHer: Women's Self-Defense and Confidence Workshop. This session is designed to be empowering and accessible for mixed ages (teen and adult women), with no prior martial arts experience required. The focus is on confidence, personal safety, and celebrating women’s strength through movement.  Our theme for Women's History Month 2026 is Women in Sport.  Search womenshistory for more programs.

Learning Outcomes:
• Increased personal awareness and confidence
• Introduction to basic self-defense strategies
• Practice of simple, effective techniques
• Positive and supportive group experience
