Divorce/Dissolution with Minor Children Legal Clinic

This information clinic provides a general overview of the dissolution and divorce process when minor children are involved. Attendees will learn what to consider before filing in Lucas County.

This clinic does not provide individualized legal advice. Information presented reflects Ohio law and Lucas County procedures. While many counties apply the same Ohio law, local rules and processes may vary.

By attending this session, you acknowledge that:

• You are NOT currently represented by an attorney for divorce or dissolution, and
• You do NOT have a divorce or dissolution currently pending in court.
• You may attend with your spouse (attendance by both parties is encouraged for those considering a dissolution). Walk-ins will be accepted only if space permits.
