The Toledo Bar Association, Legal Aid of Western Ohio (LAWO), The University of Toledo College of Law, and The Fair Housing Center are hosting a free legal clinic focused on eviction sealing.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • A 30-minute educational session explaining the eviction
  • One-on-one meetings with volunteer attorneys*
  • Help determining eligibility
  • Assistance preparing court documents to file pro se

*Pre-registration through Legal Aid is REQUIRED to receive a one-on-one meeting with an attorney.
