Creativity Lab (Children's Library), 2nd FloorWe will be painting masks of La Calavera Catrina, which resemble the sugar skulls commonly seen during Day of the Dead, and adding flowers and other embellishments to create a fun and decorative mask.
Calavera Catrina is an elegantly dressed female skeleton and the most iconic symbol of Mexico's Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). She wears an extravagant, European-style feathered hat and a sophisticated gown.
