Meet one-on-one with City of Toledo Department of Public Utilities Customer Service representatives to learn about discounts and programs designed to make your water and sewer bill more affordable.

If you're behind on your City of Toledo water bill, you may qualify for our new Debt Forgiveness Program, which can forgive up to 50% of your outstanding balance through matching dollar-for-dollar credits as you make payments toward your account.

During this FREE outreach session, you can:

• Apply for the NEW Debt Forgiveness Program and receive up to 50% debt forgiveness through matching dollar-for-dollar credits.
• Enroll in a payment plan that works with your budget.
• Apply for Senior and Permanently Disabled Discounts of up to 25% off your monthly water and sewer bill, if you qualify.
• Complete all required paperwork, including:
  • Landlord-Tenant Agreements
  • Senior/Disabled Discount Applications
  • Permanently Totally Disabled Discount Applications
  • Other customer assistance forms
• Receive one-on-one customer service assistance.
• Get answers to your water and sewer billing questions.
• Learn about additional programs that may help reduce your monthly bill.

Our staff will help determine which assistance programs you qualify for and guide you through every step of the application process.

Please bring, if applicable:

• Photo ID
• Your City of Toledo water bill or account number
• Documentation needed to verify eligibility for discount programs
• Any requested paperwork related to your account
