Let’s make mocktails! Led by hospitality leader and educator Ryan Granger, attendees will learn about recipe development through the creation of three different drinks to try and taste.
Attendees will learn how to make a variety of syrups and infusions, as well as different garnishes. We will also cover the “formula” of building a recipe and go over glassware selection and general flavor pairings.
Class participants will go home with the recipes for all three drinks tested in class, plus ingredients and instructions for making two tea based simple syrups as they are affordable and clean options for making really lovely simple syrups.
