General SpaceThe Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) can show parents how to eat healthier and be more active even on a limited budget!
By participating in this FREE series of EFNEP lessons, you will learn how to make
healthier food choices, how to stretch your food dollars, and practice food safety skills.
Participants engage in discussion, exercise, and food preparation during each lesson. You will receive a take- home tool each lesson and a graduation certificate upon completing the series.
