Topics vary and include programs on technology, fitness, health & wellness, local news and information, and speakers on a wide variety of topics of particular interest to older adults. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. Program begins at 10 a.m. Not interested in this weeks topic? Enjoy visiting with others or try a variety of games, coloring pages, puzzles, and activities on hand.
