Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is essential to success in life and work, but its critical for managers and leaders.  The good news is- we all have it and we can learn and grow EQ to enhance our leadership impact.  This session focuses on the EQ skills vital to adapting your natural behavioral drives.  You’ll walk away with an understanding of the top 3 EQ skills that are most important to your success and a plan to develop them.

Emotional Intelligence is part two of an intended two part series. While not required, please consider joining us for part one, Better Toledo | Your Leadership DNA with John Broer on November 17, 2022.

Sara Best is a people and team development champion with over 25 years of experience serving global, national, and regional organizations of all sizes and scope in both the for profit and nonprofit sectors. Sara is a certified practitioner of The Predictive Index, a certified EQ-i2.0/EQ 360 Assessment Administrator as well as an experienced Emotional Intelligence, Performance, Team, and Executive Coach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in administration from Eastern Michigan University.
