Learn tips to safely view the solar eclipse coming in August.

Did you know there will be a solar eclipse on August 21, 2017? Get ready for that astronomical event in a hands-on workshop to learn how to safely view the eclipse and learn about astronomy. The Library, in partnership with The University of Toledo's Ritter Planetarium, will provide attendees with "Solar Survival Kits" which include a pair of solar eclipse glasses and a family four-pack of tickets to the planetarium.
