Through thought-provoking discussions, interactive activities, and collaborative exercises, attendees will explore the importance of fostering inclusion in today’s diverse workplaces.
Participants will gain insights into the definition and significance of inclusive leadership, analyze barriers to inclusion, and explore strategies for creating an inclusive environment within their teams. Practical tools, real-life examples, and hands-on activities will equip attendees with actionable techniques to implement inclusive leadership practices effectively.
By the end, participants will have developed personal action plans and identified clear steps for fostering inclusion in their workplaces.

Sheila Eason is founder and CEO of Elevate People Solutions, LLC, a leadership and personal development consultancy.
