Meeting Room 1 (Large Glass), 1st FloorA personal and professional development series to ensure you will do better in Toledo.
An interactive workshop that explores how privilege shapes our everyday experiences and social interactions. Through guided reflection, real-world examples, and open discussion, participants will unpack the visible and invisible ways that privilege operates across race, gender, class, and ability. This session goes beyond awareness — it invites action. By incorporating a growth mindset, participants will learn how to transform discomfort into curiosity, empathy, and accountability.
This event is part of Better Toledo, a personal and professional development series to ensure “you will do better in Toledo.” Certificates of completion are available to participants who take part in three or more sessions in 2025.
