Learn how to complete a living will, designate a medical power of attorney, and donate your organs, with Sara Chambers of Hospice of Northwest Ohio. After the presentation, customers will be invited to attend a workshop to complete this paperwork. 

This program is part one of an intended two part series. While not required, please consider joining us for part two on Saturday, November 9, from 9-12.
