AtriumToledo Lucas County Public Library welcomes all to our concert series, Live at the Library, a series featuring musical talent as they tour the country. This month, we welcome the trio Stone & Snow.
Stone & Snow is a Cincinnati-based Americana group led by songwriters and multi-instrumentalists Karen Bridges and Clint Thomson, joined in collaboration by Eva Reyes-Smith on upright bass and backing vocals. With a name that nods to the mountain landscapes of the West, this award-winning trio crafts emotionally rich songs woven with close harmonies and thoughtful lyrics.
Their sound seamlessly blends folk, indie rock, swing, and soul—earning them the title of Best Folk/Soul Artist at the 2022 Richmond International Film + Music Festival. Their latest album, Delicate and Wild, produced by Grammy-nominated David Mayfield, features intimate and cinematic songwriting, including the haunting “Moonrise,” the soulful “Cruel” (a top entry in NPR’s 2020 Tiny Desk Contest), and the hopeful anthem “Wait.”
Beyond the music, Stone & Snow is passionately committed to elevating women in the music industry. From hosting performances by women-led artists to Karen’s work with the Girls Rock! franchise, they are building a more inclusive and empowering music community.
Join us for a powerful and heartfelt evening of music, community, and harmony in the beautiful and comfortable setting of the Main Library Atrium with Stone & Snow.
