About the event
Join actress and entrepreneur Jennie Garth for this special evening discussing her new memoir, I Choose Me: Chasing Joy, Finding Purpose, and Embracing Reinvention. Garth will share stories of hard-won wisdom, focusing on the journey of self-discovery in midlife, the transformative power of prioritizing yourself, and challenging outdated narratives around aging with confidence. This book follows her previous memoir, Deep Thoughts From a Hollywood Blonde, and serves as the latest extension of her mission to inspire women to embrace their own journeys of self-discovery, reinvention, and well-being.
About the book
I Choose Me: Chasing Joy, Finding Purpose, and Embracing Reinvention is Garth's deeply personal and inspiring memoir, directly influenced by her thought-provoking podcast of the same name. Blending intimate stories from her life with motivational advice, Garth offers a guide for women to embrace self-care and take ownership of their mental and physical well-being. She opens up about the importance of putting on your own oxygen mask first, showing how choosing "you" is the most powerful act of self-respect. The book tackles topics ranging from health and aging to motherhood, relationships, and finding purpose, helping readers say yes to their truest self.
