WISE is a six week prevention and wellness program for older adults 55 and over. It covers topics such as medication use, stress management, depression, and substance abuse.
WISE is a six week prevention and wellness program for older adults 55 and over; registration is required. Upon registration, participants are automatically enrolled in all six sessions. Each session is two hours and participants who attend all six sessions receive a $50 Kroger gift card at the end. It includes topics such as mediation use, stress management, depression and substance abuse.
